Account Responsibility

The total liability of Netweep for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the Service in the previous twelve months.

The materials on Netweep are provided on an 'as is' basis. Netweep makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Refunds

Netweep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests should be made by contacting us at support@netweep.com.

Service Modifications

Netweep may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Netweep shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, India.

Changes to Terms

Netweep reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
